We have a number of close family arrangements with manufacturers of tea, and our main goal is to provide quality products at a reasonable price. We adhere to that goal! Do you sell only tea from Thailand?
Our main range is Thai and Chinese teas, but we also cooperate with Indian and African producers.

If I cannot get my parcel, and it can’t be found, who will reimburse me?
Every case is different, but through the years our work has shown us that such episodes are rare. If this does happen, and with the help of our tips you cannot get a parcel, we will refund you the payment for the goods and delivery!

How can I be sure that your tea is a good quality?
Over the years our masters have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience. One was saying that the tea sometimes is not real, is this truth?
It all depends on what is meant by "fake." For example, recently in Thailand teas can be found at every turn. This can be at a pharmacy, gift shop or a market. Often in such places the seller is simply incompetent in the tea business and operates using memorized phrases. Here the goods are presented under well-known varieties of tea, but the tea itself is of poor quality and does not taste or smell like the real well-known teas. Therefore, a person without knowledge and experience in the tea industry cannot buy what people want. If you are looking for real tea, we recommend buying it in specialty stores, and not on the street or in pharmacies.
