Mint Black Tea

It is hight oxidized tea produced by the technology of oolong in the north of Thailand. The basis is tea leaves Camellia var. Assam. At the final stage of production, it is mixed with dried mint leaves. Mint helps softens the taste of the drink and gives it a refreshing scent. The infusion has an amber color, rich taste of black tea with a mint aftertaste.

How to Brew Mint Black Tea

  • Water temperature: 100 °C / 212 °F.
  • Housewares: we don't recommend use paper or plastic.
  • Amount of tea and volume of teapot: 1-2 teaspoon per 300 ml / 8.4 oz.
  • Number of infusions: 1-2.

 

  1. Place the tea leaves into the teapot and pour water into it
  2. Leave the mixture for at least 2-3 minutes*
  3. Drain the water out a from teapot and your tea is ready to serve

 

* Increase time of next brewing for 1-2 minutes.
